Agreed therapy Contract:

For all relationships to develop and feel safe communication and boundaries are essential. There for I ask for and understanding and agreement for the following points for therapy to run smoothly and effectively:

  • Sessions are held weekly at a time that is mutually achievable. Each session will be arranged in advance at the end of each session
  • Sessions last for 50 minutes unless otherwise agreed.
  • Payments must be made 24 hours in advance of session, and packages to be paid in full prior to therapy commencing.
  • Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance of session to avoid being charged.
  • All information will be treated as confidential unless there is a concern to safety of self or others. 
  • Consent to share information form to be completed and returned prior to first session.
  • For clients block booking sessions please note cancellation policy remains the same and that any monies paid will not be refunded should sessions not be taken.
