What is ADHD?
ADHD is a neurological condition and therefore symptoms can fall into emotional, behavioural and physical realms. My background as a nurse and experience as a therapist allows me to support you from all perspectives. I trained with UKAAN at Kings College University in the assessment and treatment of ADHD to further understand the specifics of ADHD and how best to manage symptoms from a holistic approach, taking into account the character nuances that all of us with ADHD seem to experience.
My own diagnosis of ADHD has given me a passion to better understand the condition and my lived experience allows for a deep level of empathy.
