Supporting Your ADHD Journey

Being diagnosed with ADHD as an adult can be transformative. But what comes next?

About the Programme

After my own diagnosis, I created a programme that I wish I’d had – combining my nursing and therapy expertise with ADHD assessment and treatment training at Kings College Hospital and UKAAN (UK ADHD Partnership).

This programme is designed to guide you through understanding your ADHD, exploring treatment options, and building a lifestyle that supports your unique needs.

Programme Goals

  • Discover how ADHD affects you personally.
  • Learn about medication, including support with titration.
  • Gain practical tips for focus, organisation, and overcoming procrastination.
  • Develop skills for managing emotions and building confidence.
  • Process the emotions tied to your diagnosis or potential missed diagnosis.
  • Receive guidance and support in creating a lifestyle that optimises diet, exercise and sleep.
  • Improve communication skills and learn how to discuss ADHD with loved ones and employers.
  • Address ADHD alongside other conditions such as anxiety, depression, or addiction.
